About the role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative with experience in LATAM region to join our international Sales team. The mission of this role is to drive the growth and success of our company by proactively identifying and engaging with potential clients for SSL certificates (one of the products we sell). You will build strong relationships, qualify leads, and seamlessly transition high-quality SQL’s opportunities to the sales team. By understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions, the SDR plays a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and enhancing revenue in our target markets.


Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events.

  • Contact and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.

  • Convert prospects into Qualified leads

  • Set appointments for the Regional Sales Manager.

  • Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects for future reference in CRM.

  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to develop effective lead generation strategies

  • Analyze and report on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for lead generation

  • Manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines

  • Track progress towards meeting sales goals

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets

  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities

  • Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations

  • Provide accurate and timely information to management

  • Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process

  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
