The Opportunity:

This role is ideally suited to a senior solutions architect / head of solutions looking for their next step in their career.  The Solutions Director is a strategic role within the business, responsible for developing, shaping, and delivering world-class, innovative solutions that drive transformation and value for our clients. You will play a pivotal role in leading complex solution design efforts across multiple industries and service lines, ensuring that each solution is aligned with the clients’ business needs and leverages cutting-edge technology, data, and analytics to achieve measurable outcomes.

This role requires a balance of operational expertise, technical expertise, commercial acumen, and strong client engagement skills. As Solutions Director, you will work closely with key internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, IT, and commercial teams, as well as directly with client executives, to craft tailored solutions that address prospect clients challenges and needs.

You will lead the charge in bringing innovation to the forefront of our offerings, introducing automation, AI, and digital transformation initiatives that not only improve operational efficiency but also create new revenue streams and enhance customer experience. In this role, you will be accountable for end-to-end solution architecture, from pre-sales through to successful implementation.

As a senior leader, you will also be responsible for mentoring a small team of solution managers, driving best practices, and fostering a culture of innovation within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end to end design of highly customised solutions for complex client opportunities, ensuring they are innovative, commercially viable and meet the needs of the clients strategic and operational goals
  • Manage and mentor a small team of Solution Managers, ensuring high quality output and solution thinking across all bids
  • Collaborate with the bid management team to develop winning bid strategies, providing expert input on service delivery models, technology, automation and workforce management
  • Work closely with the commercial team to build cost-effective solutions that meet financial targets, balancing client expectations with profitability
  • Present solutions to prospective clients, articulating how the proposed solutions meet and exceeds their requirements
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities to integrate new technologies such as AI, automation, and analytics into client solutions, driving efficiency, enhancing CX and differentiating Foundever in the market
  • Develop best practices and frameworks for solution design, ensuring continuous improvement and learning across the solutions team
  • Conduct discovery sessions with customer service operations to identify solution needs and improvement opportunities.
  • Assess the ROI and business impact of deployed solutions for the duration of the client’s contract.
Your Profile & Experience:

Expertise: A minimum of 5 plus years’ experience within a senior solutions design role within the BPO industry, with a proven track record of managing and winning large, complex bids.

Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing and developing a team of solutions professionals and ensuring high performance across the team.

Client-Facing / Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders both internally and externally.

Commercial Acumen: Experience working with commercial teams to develop pricing strategies, ensure profitability, and manage risk effectively.

Strategy: Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.

CX: Strong track record & knowledge in customer experience, including CX technology & service delivery. 

Critical thinking: Effective problem-solving skills.

Pace: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
