Job description

The Role 

As a Junior HR Administrator, you will be essential in supporting the HR department in its daily operations. This position is perfect for individuals looking to expand their knowledge and skills within human resources, contributing to a positive workplace culture and supporting the overall HR function

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with a high degree of accuracy. 
  • Assist with Recruitment activities including organizing interviews, performing reference checks, and similar tasks. 
  • Support with pre-onboarding and onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information. 
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, providing support and guidance. 
  • Prepare necessary paperwork for HR projects and initiatives, including training and development plans. 
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, office administration activities and maintenance, office meals and events to foster a positive work environment. 
  • Support with Expats' Visa applications and renewal process and procedures. 
  • Any other relevant ad-hoc administration task as assigned. 

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. 
  • Minimum experience of 2 years in an administrative role, preferably in HR. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is an advantage. 
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. 
  • Confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
