We are looking for a Fullstack Team Lead (remote) for an Web3-powered AI image remix layer.

Location: Vietnam - REMOTE

Personnel in charge: 2-3 developers

Functions

- Manage and lead a team of 2-3 developers in Vietnam.
- Collaborate with the CTO (based in Korea) to align technical strategies with business goals.
- Oversee product development, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Code review, mentorship, and hands-on problem-solving with the team.
- Coordinate between the Vietnam team and our international teams (Korea & US).
- Ensure seamless integration of AI and blockchain features into our product.

Requirements

- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in the following tech stack:
+ React, Next.js, Typescript, HTML, TailwindCSS
+ AWS, DynamoDB, S3, OpenSearch
+ Git, NPM, Lint
- Experience managing a development team.
- Fluent in English.
- Familiarity with blockchain technologies 

Preferred Skills and Experiences

- Korean language is a plus
- Knowledge in blockchain front-end development (wagmi, viem, dynamic.xyz).
- Experience with Runpod serverless, Docker, Stable Diffusion, and ComfyUI.
