•Coordinate and prepare comprehensive travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.
•Draft, edit, and manage correspondence via email, chat, reports, and presentations.
•Assist with project management tasks, ensuring timely follow-up on action items and deliverables.
•Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
•Perform a variety of general administrative tasks as needed to support the President and CEO.
•Facilitate internal and external communications, ensuring clear and timely information flow.
•Prepare, organize, and manage information, reports, and records for easy access and retrieval.
•Accurately capture and transcribe dictation as required.
•Execute and track the President and CEO’s to-do list, providing daily progress reports until tasks are completed.
•Develop, update, and maintain operational processes and administrative workflows.
•File and manage key reports, emails, and other critical documentation systematically.
•Monitor upcoming meetings and urgent communications, ensuring the President and CEO is promptly informed and reminded.
