Sr Sales Force Developer

This is a remote position.

• As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that enhance the user experience and streamline business processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust integrations and solutions based on Salesforce Experience Cloud. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration points, and cloud technologies.
  
• Key Responsibilities:
  
• Design, develop, and implement innovative Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions to meet organizational needs.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other internal and external systems using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
  
• Lead and participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing solutions to improve system performance.
  
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities and integration strategies.
  
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and enhancements, evaluating their applicability to our solutions.
  
• Collaborate with IT and Cloud teams to ensure seamless deployment and maintenance of Salesforce applications.
  

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce development, with strong expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud.
  
• Proven experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools (such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar).
  
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
  
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules.
  
• Experience with Salesforce configurations, customizations, and workflows.
  
• Solid knowledge of cloud technologies and architecture, preferably in a Salesforce-centric environment.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Specialist) are a plus.
