Job Description

Become an integral part of our client’s expansion into the Latino market as a Bilingual Data Entry Specialist. This role combines meticulous attention to detail with language skills to process diverse insurance policies and support client communication. You’ll navigate complex documents, extract crucial information, and ensure data accuracy in our state-of-the-art CRM system. This position offers a unique blend of technical skills and customer service, with potential for growth into more advanced roles within the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Extract and input data from varied insurance policies (20-100 pages) into our database system
  • Maintain high accuracy standards when handling sensitive client information
  • Utilize email templates for efficient client communication throughout the sales pipeline
  • Adapt to different policy layouts from various insurance carriers
  • Support Latino market expansion through bilingual capabilities
  • Collaborate with insurance professionals and virtual team members
  • Contribute to the company’s growth strategy and operational efficiency
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Sharp eye for detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Proficiency with computers and basic software applications
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and multitasking capabilities
  • Basic understanding of insurance terminology (preferred)
  • Adaptability to learn new software and CRM tools
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment
  • Passion for customer service and problem-solving
