Position:
Our division is at the forefront of supporting business growth and change at GUS by recruiting, developing, and rewarding the employees within IBD Department. All our teams at IBD advise, design, and implement strategies, processes, and technologies that help our people advance professionally, drive productivity, and help the company and our clients achieve superior results. - Onboarding: Pre-Hire Administration
- Initiate background checks – triage and manage issues and escalations
- Re-Hire Checks
- Issue and coordinate completion of OB forms, hiring forms and work closely with the TA Team on Offer letters and Consultancy agreements from drafts to the final versions
- Liaise with Tech team for new hire access
- Logistics management
- Liaise with Operations team for New requisition creation, so that the staff is active on Agresso before DOJ and interact at every stage for any missing /incorrect data with the candidate & Operations team for the same.
- Offboarding (Transition Talent) – Voluntary and Involuntary
- Initiate termination requests
- Confirm timing of last day with Managers and update termination dates in all systems
- Update active directory and revoke SF, MyTH, SYS Database, PBI, Outlook and any access to downstream systems
- Initiate off boarding on Cezanne
- Coordinate final pay instructions with Payroll and ensure last pay is done in time
- Notify relevant stakeholders of employee exit
- Ensure completion of recovery of assets
- HR admin & other Ad hoc activities
- Implement any changes to existing staff details including change in salary, designation, reporting line, division etc., and communicate to respective stakeholders
- Provide all kind of support to existing and past employees with all kind of letters which they might need for employment confirmation/ verification for self and bank, reference letters, any changes letter, etc.
- Maintaining employee database, performing monthly and biweekly audits whilst coordinating with regional HR’s & recruiters to have the most updated and accurate data in the reports to be published to all the stakeholders
- Maintaining employee personnel data and ensuring that the company policies are adhered to WRT PII and any confidential data pertaining to both client and the employee
- To lead and drive any Continuous process improvement & Employee engagement (CPI & EE) projects for all employees across IBD
- Maintain and update process related SOP’s on timely manner
- Leading on any employee related projects & any new initiatives ensuring that all the protocols i.e., policies and procedures of the company are adhered.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience (Hands-on employee talent lifecycle management experience preferred)
- A full-time management degree in Human Resources (required)
- Hands-on exposure to ATS and new age ERP, recruiting and onboarding technologies (required)
- Strong business and HR acumen, including problem solving skills, critical thinking, analytical and time management skills
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments
- Comfortable with ambiguity, taking initiative with little to no direction
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, Change management and Stakeholder management
- High personal integrity and ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to focus on metrics that matter using feedback for continuous process improvement
- Should be keen to build a career in human resources across various roles
