The Finance Partner is a key role in the Finance Partnering Team, responsible for:

  • Delivering a high quality, customer focused finance partnering services.
  • Key aspects of divisional and group financial reporting.
  • Supporting divisional projects.


You will be responsible for delivering a high quality, customer focused finance partnering services, including finance support to strategic and operational decision making, producing management accounts, forecasts and budgets and insightful analysis.


Key Criteria:

  • Experience of reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Recognised accountancy qualification.
  • Experience dealing with a senior level of management.
  • Ability to build and develop financial models.
  • Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to create value through influencing operational and strategic decision making.
  • Builds strong relationships with decision makers and makes appropriate use of data to support arguments.

Salary: Up to £51,818.00 (prorated per annum) plus London weighting, if applicable

Contract: 6-8 Month Fixed Term Contract

Based: This role is predominantly home-based. You must be willing to travel to our sites across the UK occasionally. For those within commutable distance to London, you will have the option of working flexibly between home and in our modern open plan offices in Embassy Gardens (1 day per week in office).
