Job Description

Design, delivery and deployment of Oracle HR Helpdesk Knowledge Management.

Designs and structures / implementation of systems used to process the organization's Human Resource technology relating to Oracle Knowledge Management and Digital Assistant. Defines functionality standards, monitors HR information needs and designs new or modifies existing systems to meet changing requirements.

Acts as the subject matter expert leading all aspects of design and delivery of knowledge content in the portal. Has an understanding how Knowledge Management can be utilized to support Digital Assistant.

Responsibilities

Technology:

  • Provide HR Technology support for the Knowledge Management Module
  • Works with HR and business users to define standard reports and data management requirements
  • Develop and deliver communications and training for Knowledge Management
  • Research ongoing developments within the Knowledge Management technology and develops functionality, implementation and assists with rollout
  • Work on HR system-related process improvements, monitors progress and regularly reports on project status
  • Develop and implement validation and testing plans to ensure design meets HR requirements
  • Understands how to utilize Digital Assistant within HR Helpdesk function

Knowledge Library Content Management:

  • Define and lead governance for creating, developing, evolving, and using knowledge offerings in Oracle HR Help Desk Knowledge Portal to ensure content is relevant, up to date and accurate to support ongoing business process needs and stakeholder feedback
  • Provide expertise on documentation best practices and platform use
  • Application management of knowledge article base
  • Drive knowledge awareness and adoption activities within the company to engage and educate teams on available knowledge content and resources
  • Align knowledge base to Guided Learning offerings, working in partnership with the HR Helpdesk Senior Specialist
  • Develop and monitor metrics (reports, dashboards, usage statistics etc.) to identify and drive improvements to ensure overall operational effectiveness and enhance employee experience
  • Propose continuous improvement ideas and manage through to completion
  • Curate knowledge content so that it can be utilized for the implementation of Digital Assistant functionality


Qualifications


Required Qualifications

  • Graduation required.
  • Excellent business English skills (written and spoken).
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience leading employee-facing knowledge management technology, Oracle HR Help Desk experience preferred (My Knowledge/Redwood Knowledge, Guided Learning, Digital Assistant)
  • Solid understanding of enterprise-wide portal technology, taxonomy, and integrations
  • Experienced authoring and leading content development and deployment
  • Experienced monitoring effectiveness of knowledge content and translating into needs analysis
  • Working knowledge of the broad portfolio of Human Resources work
  • Configuration and maintenance of portal technical and content changes
