Job description

We are in pursuit of an enthusiastic Middle IT Recruiter to join our remote team, overseeing the entire recruitment process from inception to completion. This position provides a remarkable opportunity for an adept recruiter with a robust track record in pinpointing and recruiting top-tier talent in the IT and software development sectors.

Responsibilities


  • Analyze job and project descriptions to identify and attract suitable candidates for a variety of roles
  • Leverage job boards and social media channels to advertise open positions and engage a broad spectrum of candidates
  • Evaluate applications to ascertain candidate suitability according to job specifications
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews to gauge candidates' abilities, experiences, and fit within the company culture
  • Provide thoughtful recommendations to support the hiring and decision-making process
  • Maintain meticulous records of candidate assessments, feedback, and communications
  • Serve as the principal point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment journey


Requirements


  • A minimum of 2 years of firsthand experience in IT recruitment, demonstrating a knack for securing top IT talent
  • In-depth understanding of essential IT technologies, such as Java, Front-End, DevOps, .NET, and testing
  • Proficient in employing Boolean and X-ray search techniques to effectively locate and connect with candidates
  • Adept at using non-traditional candidate search platforms including GitHub, Stack Overflow, Twitter, Kaggle, and various chat groups like Telegram and Slack
  • Established history of cultivating strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Dedicated to meeting and exceeding recruitment KPIs in a performance-driven environment
  • Experienced in utilizing advanced Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes
  • A data-driven approach to recruitment, using analytics to enhance and optimize hiring practices
  • Capable of overseeing the entire recruitment cycle, from gathering initial requirements to onboarding candidates
  • Proficient in English, with strong communication skills for effective interactions and collaborations

  • Familiarity with additional programming languages or technological stacks
  • Experience with AI-powered recruitment tools and platforms to enhance candidate sourcing and assessment
  • Previous experience conducting technical assessments and coding challenges to evaluate candidates' technical prowess
