This position involves arranging product demonstrations, qualifying potential leads, and collaborating with our exceptional sales team. Your Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospects through various communication channels (phone, email, text) in a clear and friendly manner.
  • Use effective sales techniques to qualify inbound marketing leads.
  • Leverage data resources, Salesforce, and industry publications to identify and generate quality leads in designated territories.
  • Assess clients' specific needs and align them with our product offerings during the qualification process.
  • Implement marketing campaigns conceptualized by our marketing team.
  • Support in scheduling appointments for trade shows and events.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of leads and sales activities using our CRM (Salesforce).

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong time management and organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
