Job Overview

We invite you to become an integral member of our team as a Marketing & Communications Coordinator, where you will significantly influence the digital landscape of our esteemed clients. As a premier Association Management Company specializing in the provision of management services for trade and professional associations, we take pride in our focus on non-profit financial management and event coordination. This full-time role supports remote work, granting you the flexibility to contribute from anywhere while being part of our collaborative and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on the creation, design, and maintenance of both company and client websites.
  • Establish and manage Google Analytics across all websites to monitor and enhance performance.
  • Supervise social media initiatives, including content development, scheduling, and analysis across major platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Manage and refresh client social media accounts to ensure engagement and relevance.
  • Partner with client teams to optimize their social media strategies.
  • Develop and uphold monthly editorial calendars and content libraries.
  • Disseminate timely updates, reminders, and engaging content on social media.
  • Engage with followers by addressing comments and inquiries and directing them to appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • Compile and present monthly social media performance metrics.
  • Coordinate the creation, formatting, and distribution of print and digital newsletters and blogs.
  • Write, proofread, and edit various marketing materials.
  • Oversee email campaigns, ensuring effective distribution and maintenance of the CRM system.
  • Regularly issue press releases and client articles.
  • Stay informed about emerging communications and marketing technologies.
  • Design marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, flyers, signage, logos, and digital graphics.
  • Assist with additional tasks as required.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in website management, including HTML and CMS (specifically WordPress & YM).
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Expertise in social media platforms and management tools (Hootsuite, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram).
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Constant Contact, Marketo, SurveyMonkey, MailChimp).
  • Strong writing abilities across various formats (newsletters, articles, press releases).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated technical writing and content creation skills.
  • Strong editing and proofreading capabilities.
  • Competence in analyzing data and implementing strategic changes.

Qualifications

  • A college degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred, accompanied by a minimum of two years of relevant experience. Project management experience, particularly in handling multiple clients and non-profits, is an advantage.
