Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in construction litigation, addressing issues related to real estate, contracts, and commercial transactions.

  • Communicate complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner.

Required Skills

  • Active attorney license in Michigan, holding a Juris Doctor degree from a recognized law school.
  • A minimum of 3-10 years of experience in construction litigation, with additional experience in real estate, contracts, or commercial transactions considered a plus.
  • Strong analytical capabilities paired with a proactive, self-starter attitude.
  • A solid foundation in business principles, derived from either a business degree, relevant experience, or entrepreneurial ventures.
