Job description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business and Partnerships Development Manager with a strong background in building partnerships within the veterinary industry.

Our company helps Veterinary practice owners prepare their practices for sale, optimize their sale prices, and connect owners to the best possible buyers. We are a positive, cooperative team that prides itself on innovation, service, and adopting high-performing frameworks -- we will guide you through all of it (from day one) as part of our induction.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with veterinary practice owners and other key industry stakeholders. Your primary objective will be to drive new business by promoting our sell-side advisory services, facilitating sales of practices, and ensuring that practice owners are supported throughout their buying or selling journey.

This role involves attending and speaking at industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote the company, network with prospective clients, and foster long-term partnerships. You will collaborate closely with the sales & marketing team to ensure client needs are met and that all interactions support the company's growth goals.

This role will have a huge impact on driving our sales and increasing our revenue through partnerships and effective sales strategies.

The schedule is flexible (you can manage your own schedule during the day) however, due to our distributed team, we have a 6:00 to 9:00 PM PST crossover period Monday through Thursday.

Income is a 'Base + Bonus' model. With a base of $130k and payouts per sale, you can make a substantial income.
