Job description

This is a remote position.

Scope:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Remote work with flexible hours
  • Performance-based compensation structure (base salary plus commission)
  • Opportunity for salary increases based on consistent high performance
  • Ongoing training and support to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Pacific with an hour unpaid break

Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls from potential clients with unsecured debt issues
  • Explain the company’s debt validation and reduction program clearly and effectively
  • Follow a provided script to guide conversations and address client concerns
  • Close deals within a single call, typically lasting 40 minutes to an hour
  • Meet or exceed the target of 2-3 closed deals per day
  • Utilize the company’s CRM and phone systems to manage client information and calls
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales outcomes
  • Adapt to client needs and objections to maximize conversion rates
  • Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide the best service

Requirements:

  • Sales experience, preferably in financial services or a related field
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to identify client needs quickly
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Fluency in English and Spanish language skills are a plus
  • Comfortable with one-call closing techniques
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
