This is a remote position.

Scope

  • 30 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday 11AM - 6PM EST with 1 hour unpaid break (6 hours per day)
  • Performance-based commissions to be offered

Job Description
Become an integral part of an innovative real estate startup as a Real Estate Assistant. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind the company’s growth, turning leads into valuable appointments and managing crucial administrative tasks. You’ll use your excellent communication skills to engage potential clients, set appointments, and maintain smooth business operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact a growing business while developing your skills in real estate sales, lead generation, and business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage a database of approximately 3,000 leads per month
  • Make cold calls daily to potential real estate clients
  • Set in-person appointments per month for the business owner
  • Update and maintain the CRM system with detailed call notes and lead statuses
  • Manage and respond to emails on behalf of the business owner
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to nurture leads
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support business operations

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in cold calling and appointment setting, preferably in real estate
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Basic understanding of the real estate industry (preferred but not required)
