This is a remote position.


Position:   E-Commerce Assistant
Type:   Part-time (20 hours/week, flexible during business hours)
Location:   Remote (Preferably aligned with QLD business hours)

About the Role: As an E-Commerce Assistant, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the client's multi-channel online presence, ensuring smooth processes from product listings to order fulfillment, and providing top-notch customer service across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize product listings across multiple platforms including Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other e-commerce marketplaces
  • Process and fulfill orders across all sales channels while maintaining accurate inventory levels
  • Perform basic image editing tasks including resizing, background removal, and optimization for different marketplace requirements
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across all platforms, providing excellent service and support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve any operational challenges


Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in e-commerce operations or related field
  • Proven experience with major e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Shopify)
  • Working knowledge of Amazon FBA processes and requirements
  • Basic proficiency in image editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketplace platforms
  • Experience with inventory management systems and order processing
  • Basic understanding of SEO and marketplace optimization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent
