Job description

This is a remote position.

Scope:

Permanent work from home
Monday to Friday
Part-time, 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 11am - 3pm SGT/ 12pm - 4pm SGT
Set up Xero for a small legal organization specializing in Networking Events and Courses

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
Prepare comprehensive quarterly balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
Collaborate with auditors during the year-end audit process to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an accountant, with a strong focus on using Xero accounting software.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
