Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bookkeeping for clients, encompassing accounts receivable, accounts payable, sales, cash receipts, and disbursements.
• Carry out monthly reconciliations for vendor, bank, and credit card statements.
• Manage balance sheet accounts, including petty cash, payroll liabilities, and loans.
• Process and post payroll for clients.
• Facilitate month-end closing reporting and processing.
• Deliver financial reporting and analysis, providing insightful recommendations to clients.
  
  

Required Skills

• Expertise in full-cycle bookkeeping for clients.
• Strong command of QuickBooks Online.
• Familiarity with multi-unit or multi-client accounting settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of industries such as plumbing, electrical, and construction is a plus.
• Proficiency in managing billable hours.
• Robust end-to-end transactional bookkeeping capabilities, along with financial reporting and analysis skills.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive accounting experience.
