Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday
  • 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PDT (12am - 9am Manila time)
  • With 1 hour unpaid break in between

Responsibilities:

  • Operate as the lead point of contact
  • FULLY responsible for opening, growing and retaining accounts 
  • Grow our business by integrating new clients and developing existing client relationships 
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives 
  • Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers 
  • Keep internal CRM up-to-date and record various interactions to follow up with existing customers properly 
  • Collaborate with educators, customer service, marketing, and others to identify opportunities 
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed 
  • Forecast and track key account metrics 
  • All other duties as assigned.


Requirements
  • Strong written and spoken English is required 
  • Strong communication skills with excellent ability to establish rapport and connection with clients is required
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills are required 
  • Strong customer service and account management skills are required
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related discipline is preferred but not necessary 
  • 3+ years of previous sales or customer-facing experience with a proven track record is preferred but not necessary 
  • Experience with CRMs
  • Strong attention to detail is a must 
  • Good with numbers, able to be analytical and think critically with data 
  • Demonstrated ability to explain concepts concisely and convincingly is a must 
  • Ability to think quickly and adapt to client questions 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems in a structured manner 
  • Demonstrated ability to strive in a team-oriented environment
