Job Overview

We invite you to join our organization as a Program Manager Registered Nurse (RN) - Government Healthcare Call Center, where you will serve as a key contributor in our Global Nurse Advice Line (NAL). In this vital role, you will facilitate access to telehealth registered nurses for triage services, self-care guidance, and general health-related inquiries, available around the clock. Your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and care coordination will enhance support for military treatment facilities and eligible Military Health System beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and supervision to a team of healthcare professionals, showcasing strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Oversee the implementation of nurse triage programs, ensuring efficient resource allocation and program adjustments as necessary.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, ensuring clarity and oversight of all operational components.
  • Monitor and report program performance metrics to align with organizational goals.
  • Maintain the highest standards of patient care and quality assurance within call center operations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the success of healthcare initiatives.
  • Support adherence to regulatory standards and The Joint Commission requirements within the department.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of nursing staff, promoting their professional growth.
  • Manage Call Center operations, ensuring quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • An active RN license in any U.S. state, commonwealth, or the District of Columbia is mandatory.
  • A Master's degree in healthcare administration, business management, nursing, or a related field is desirable.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
