Job Title: Product Transformation Manager - Remote | WFH

Overview

We invite talented professionals to apply for the position of Product Transformation Manager within our innovative remote team. In this critical role, you will significantly contribute to the evolution of product transformation initiatives for a federal client. Your expertise will be essential in guiding the organization through its transition from project-oriented practices to product-centric methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of products, demonstrating a successful history of product launches and updates.
  • Roadmap Development: Formulate and manage a strategic product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and stakeholder aspirations.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Execute comprehensive market research to capture customer needs, analyze market trends, and assess competitive landscapes for informed product decisions.
  • Requirements Gathering: Effectively collect, define, and prioritize product requirements, translating organizational needs into tangible product features.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to guide product decisions and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for optimal product performance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
  • Agile Methodologies: Apply Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) in product development processes, including backlog management and sprint planning.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A track record of integrating customer feedback into product design and development to meet user expectations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead initiatives with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless cooperation among engineering, marketing, sales, and support.
  • Mentorship & Leadership: Provide guidance to junior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Technical Understanding: Possess a solid grasp of the technological dimensions of product development, including familiarity with software development processes and APIs.
  • Tool Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in product management tools (e.g., GitHub) for managing roadmaps, backlogs, and documentation.
  • Adaptability & Continuous Learning: Exhibit the ability to adjust to evolving market conditions and emerging technologies while committing to ongoing professional development.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in product management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Agile practices and techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of product management methodologies and standards.
  • Exceptional communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at various organizational levels.

Qualifications
