Job Overview

We are on the lookout for a committed and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal in facilitating the Project Manager’s efforts throughout the project lifecycle, encompassing all stages from Due Diligence to meter sets and refunds. The successful candidate will demonstrate relevant industry expertise and possess the ability to independently manage daily responsibilities, playing a crucial role in the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to establish and disseminate overall project schedules.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings with clients and utility contacts.
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and other pertinent documents as directed by the Project Manager.
  • Attend project meetings, documenting detailed minutes for team reference.
  • Prepare and dispatch communications to utilities and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain ongoing correspondence with developers, utility contacts, design teams, and key participants.
  • Monitor project progress utilizing tracking tools to ensure timely completion.
  • Track submittals and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure that all submittals adhere to utility specifications.
  • Review construction drawings for precision and identify critical path items.
  • Collect and distribute coordination drawings, engaging in discussions with the Project Manager.
  • Organize coordination meetings to streamline project efforts.
  • Cultivate professional relationships with clients, addressing their needs promptly.
  • Provide clients with weekly tracking reports summarizing project status.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.
