We are on the lookout for a Customer Success Revenue Operations Analyst who will play a pivotal role in our journey. You will work closely with key stakeholders in Customer Success, Sales, and Finance to refine reporting, forecasting, and uphold operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the design and implementation of innovative revenue operations processes and systems.
  • Analyze sales and revenue metrics to pinpoint trends, opportunities for growth, and areas needing enhancement.
  • Facilitate departmental reporting initiatives, including revenue forecasting, commission documentation, sales analytics, and performance evaluations.
  • Enhance our CRM and Customer Success platforms to boost automation, ensure precise reporting, and support scalable operations.
  • Aid in the formulation and management of sales compensation plans and incentive structures.
  • Track and report on essential key performance indicators (KPIs) vital to revenue operations.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of strategic sales campaigns and customer engagement activities.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving the efficacy and efficiency of revenue operations.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in Excel and SQL for comprehensive analysis and reporting.

Qualifications
