Job Overview

Join our team as a Mortgage Lead Call Specialist Representative in a fully remote capacity, where you will be instrumental in managing both inbound and outbound client communications. This position requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to provide personalized mortgage solutions through advanced AI technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a significant volume of inbound and outbound calls from clients across the nation.
  • Deliver precise information regarding our array of mortgage products and services.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients by actively listening and addressing their unique needs.
  • Guide clients through their mortgage inquiries, offering tailored solutions that suit their financial situations.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales and loan officer teams to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Maintain accurate client information and follow up on leads through an advanced CRM system.
  • Drive business growth through exemplary customer service practices.
  • Adhere to company-specific guidelines and weekly schedules.
  • Engage clients to identify the most suitable mortgage products, locking loans at the point of sale, and submitting preliminary paperless loan packages.
  • Ensure compliance with our 14-day closing timeline.
  • Manage a variety of loan types, including Conventional, VA, FHA, and USDA.

Required Skills

  • Outstanding communication and phone etiquette skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-call volume environment.
  • Proficiency in building rapport with clients to create a positive experience.
  • Basic knowledge of mortgage terms and products is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • A current and valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
  • A minimum of two years of sales experience, along with at least two years as a Mortgage Loan Originator or in a related role.
  • For applicants with a new license, at least five years of sales experience is required, along with a willingness to participate in a month-long training program.
  • Flexibility to work around 40-45 hours per week.
