Job Description

We’re looking for an HRIS Enthusiast to join our growing Product Team. This role will be instrumental in helping us manage and optimize our People Tools tech stack. This dynamic and varied role involves managing the performance and maintenance of our People systems while driving efficiencies in processes and solutions. We are looking for a systems specialist who is passionate about technology and data, provides great service, and can think holistically across the People functions.

Job Requirements:

  • Apply best practices and your expertise in collaboration with functional leaders and SMEs in the People team to design, develop, implement, and integrate technology solutions that increase operational efficiency, maintain compliance, and positively impact customer experience for People, candidates, employees, managers, and business leaders.

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify development areas and provide technical solutions utilizing People systems and technology.

  • Manage support queries from stakeholders via our ticketing system Jira.

  • Support members of the team in solving tickets & queries.

  • Provide support for HR System upgrades and enhancements, including prioritisation, functional design, documentation, testing, training, implementation, and support model design.

  • Review business processes to ensure system features are being fully utilised and identify tool features that may improve efficiency.

  • Building basic and advanced custom reports and extracting data requests.

  • Help, advise and train the People team on using People tools best practice.

  • Provide an excellent customer experience by troubleshooting complex problems and investigating and resolving errors quickly and efficiently.

  • Collect, document and maintain security requirements and policies for user-level access to People applications.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role/area with People systems, including hands-on implementation experience with Workday HCM. Knowledge of compensation, reward, talent, and performance modules is preferred.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with different functional stakeholders (both technical and non) at all levels of a global organisation.

  • Certifications: Workday HCM/Compensation certification is required, and an additional certification in another area of expertise is nice to have.

  • Strong background and experience in HRIS (Workday) configuration, administration, and core HCM, including compensation and benefits.

  • Experience of other People tools is plus e.g. (but not limited to) Peakon, Smart Recruiters, Confluence, Jira.

  • You’ve played a role in a system implementation end to end.

  • You’re analytically minded, a data and spreadsheets whiz who loves to solve problems and has the ability to use data to inform decisions.

  • You can thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, able to flex your approach as needed and manage a busy, varied workload.

  • You’re an exceptional communicator and great at building relationships across teams.

  • Comfortable processing large, critical data sets with a high level of accuracy.

  • Project management capability and personal organisation skills, in particular, delivering against projected timelines.

  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal with the ability to translate technical information to simple language and influence stakeholders at all levels of the business.

  • Focus on security and confidentiality.

  • Can spot opportunities, curious about data insights and proactively seeking insight and answers.
