Job description

Employment Recruiter
Remote Position
6+Month Contract

The Employment Recruiter will work remotely in any time zone, supporting the recruitment of roles such as maintenance, engineering, technicians, and control systems techs.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers (HM).
Present qualified candidates to HM.
Conduct audits and reviews of talent tracking systems.
Follow up with candidates, assign assessments, and conduct screenings.
Process offers and support sourcers with any questions.

Requirements:

5+ years of recruitment experience.
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proficiency with ATS systems.
Strong team collaboration skills (working within a team of 16).
Nice-to-have: Recruiting experience in maintenance, engineering, and technical roles, knowledge of PeopleSoft, Bachelor's degree.
