Your role: 
The Senior Sourcing Specialist develops and implements sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent for current and future needs. The role focuses on proactive candidate engagement, building strong talent pipelines, and collaborating with stakeholders to align with the organization's talent goals.

In 6 Months you will be:
  • Developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Utilizing advanced search techniques, including Boolean searches, social media, networking, and other methods, including LinkedIn and SeekOut, to source passive candidates.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with potential candidates to maintain ongoing engagement and interest.
  • Conducting market research to understand talent availability, industry trends, and competitor landscape. Providing insights and recommendations based on market research to inform talent acquisition strategies.
  • Tracking and reporting on key sourcing metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate engagement. Analyzing sourcing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborating with talent acquisition team to ensure continuous improvement around sourcing processes and candidate experience.
  • Leading critical Talent Acquisition initiatives and team member projects in the areas of talent analytics/dashboard reporting, Recruitment Marketing, and/or EDI.
  • Supporting M&A integration through due diligence, planning, and onboarding tasks.
What you need to be successful:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field required.
  • PHR/SHRM-CP preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing, with a focus on identifying and engaging passive candidates. 
  • Experience with various ATS aspects and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Boolean search logic for effective candidate sourcing.
  • Ability to develop and utilize AI prompts within ChatGPT to streamline the sourcing process.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing sourcing strategies for complex or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Extensive knowledge of recruitment, talent acquisition, and talent attraction.
  • M&A experience preferred.

Your Compensation:
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $43,342-$73,574. The salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
