As a Product Designer in our agile team, your mission is to craft intuitive, engaging products that anticipate and meet user needs. You'll work closely with the Product Manager and Tech Lead to ensure our solutions are both innovative and practical.

Your Mission

Design and Research: Spearhead the UI/UX design process, from research through prototyping into high-fidelity designs, leveraging user feedback and data to craft compelling, user-centric designs.

System Development and Testing: Develop a scalable design system and conduct usability tests to refine interfaces, ensuring our solutions are both effective and elegant.

Collaboration and Presentation: Collaborate with team members across roles (Product Manager and Engineers), and articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and driving our product vision forward.

Quality and Innovation: Deeply care about the quality of your work. You’re never satisfied with the status-quo.

Your Skills

A track record in B2B SaaS product design delivering captivating and compelling customer experiences across the whole product experience.

Passion for the entire product development process, from actual customer problem solving and system modelling, through to UX, visual, and interaction design.

Proficiency in the execution of quantitative and qualitative research methods.

Comfortable working at pace and being able to pivot direction based on new company strategies and initiatives.

High level of curiosity and a desire for continuous improvement and iteration. Not just for yourself, but also by helping and guiding others in your team.

Strong presentation and story-telling skills to get alignment from key stakeholders within the business.

You are fluent in English or German.
