Your mission
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers to understand user needs and contribute to the overall product strategy
  • Utilize your expertise in user research to gain insights and inform design decisions
  • Independently drive the UI/UX design process, from ideation and prototyping to the creation of visually stunning interfaces
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Engineers and Product Managers, to ensure seamless integration of design elements
  • Analyze user flows and interactions to enhance the overall user experience of our mobile app
  • Transform insights and ideas into innovative features that elevate NeoTaste to become the premier restaurant discovery platform
  • Mentor other designers on the team and contribute to the growth of the NeoTaste design team
Your profile
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile apps
  • Proven proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and the impact of your work on previous projects
  • Experience in user research, usability testing and prototyping
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the design process
  • Strong communication skills to effectively articulate design concepts and decisions
