The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services, Research Center or BBN team:

RTX launched oneRTX focused on leveraging the scale of our three business units to improve collaboration, cost structure, productivity and performance. The oneRTX | Process & Systems Transformation (PST) project is one of several major, multi-year initiatives under oneRTX that align to our goals as a company and optimize how we work, how we operate and how we deliver to our customers so that we can achieve our full potential.

The intent of oneRTX | PST is to harmonize processes, tools and metrics across RTX, while deploying a common enterprise resource management platform – SAP’s S/4 HANA. The result will be a common user experience across the businesses, real-time visibility into critical data, and automation of manual tasks to enable all employees to focus on value-add activities.  With processes optimized and harmonized, we can leverage our scale so teams across RTX can share resources, leverage talent seamlessly and identify efficiencies. We will reduce cost and effort and improve performance as we break down silos and establish consistent ways of working.

The Enterprise Hub will be the first S/4 HANA implementation for oneRTX | PST.  The Enterprise Hub will service the needs of the corporate home office and enterprise services at RTX.  Capabilities of the Enterprise Hub include, but are not limited to, finance for corporate, indirect procurement for corporate, treasury, tax, consolidations, financial planning and related shared services operations of RTX.

The Enterprise HUB Change Management Lead is responsible for leading the change management efforts for the Enterprise Hub coordinating with oneRTX | PST Organizational Change Management (OCM) team.  This role will work across all PST workstreams (R2R, S2P, O2C, P2D, & Data) that will impact the Enterprise Hub.

What You Will Do

  • Support in the creation and management of measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes

  • Support the project in identifying potential risks and anticipated points of resistance, and developing specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns

  • Lead the defining and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance for the Enterprise Hub

  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications for Enterprise Hub Implementation

  • Coordinate with the Organizational Change Management team on the development and execution of communication plans to keep employees informed about upcoming changes and the reasons behind the change

  • Coordinate with project teams on the integration of change management activities into the overall project plan

  • Coach Enterprise Hub managers and supervisors on how to effectively manage their teams through transitions

  • Facilitating change management meetings and workshops for Enterprise Hub to help prepare employees for upcoming changes

  • Conducting impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders associated with the Enterprise Hub Implementation

  • Coordinate with Organizational Change Management team on training and support to employees to help them transition smoothly through the change process

  • Provide guidance and support to Global design and blueprinting activities to ensure change management activities are appropriately contemplated as part of future state design

  • Complete special projects as needed

  • Must be willing and able to travel 25% - 50%

Qualifications You Must Have 

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience

  • Experience leading large scale system implementation project (where change management was the primary work responsibility performed)

  • CORE and project management expertise   

  • Experience with SAP, MS Application Suite (Access, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and other applicable software

  • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.

The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD - 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
