Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 1pm to 5pm Eastern (1 AM to 5 AM Manila Time)
Job Description for Administrative Assistant


Responsibilities:
  • Call clinics to verify insurance acceptance for specific cases
  • Facilitate warm handoffs between our service and other clinics
  • Maintain detailed records of clinic information and insurance acceptance
  • Assist in the placement process for children we cannot directly serve
  • Communicate effectively with internal team members about placement progress
  • Potentially handle additional administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent phone communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Patient and empathetic demeanor when dealing with sensitive information
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
