Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Total hours: 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day
  • Monday - Friday
  • 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Miami 
  • With 1 hour unpaid break in between

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize email communications, ensuring timely responses and efficient information flow
  • Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing excellent customer service to clients and partners
  • Assist with invoice follow-ups, contributing to the company’s financial health
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital file systems
  • Conduct online research to support various business initiatives
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents with attention to detail
