Role Name: Admin Assistant

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week, 12 PM to 9 PM Wauwatosa, WI Time with 1 hour unpaid break

Job Description

As a Virtual Assistant, you’ll be pivotal in driving operational efficiency for this forward-thinking estate settlement firm. You’ll leverage your expertise across various digital platforms to manage critical administrative tasks, support client communications, and contribute to the smooth execution of estate liquidations. This role offers a unique blend of administrative prowess and client service, with the potential to grow into a key position within the company. Responsibilities
  • Orchestrate day-to-day administrative operations using advanced project management tools like Monday.com
  • Craft and manage comprehensive estate settlement reports utilizing Google Sheets
  • Oversee communication channels, managing inboxes and calendars with precision
  • Provide first-line support for client inquiries, potentially including phone interactions
  • Execute follow-ups on billing and client-related matters, ensuring smooth financial processes
  • Collaborate with the auction division to streamline listing administration across e-commerce platforms
  • Adapt to and master new technologies and platforms as the company evolves
Requirements
  • Excel in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with a strong mathematical aptitude
  • Demonstrate clear and effective English communication, both written and verbal
  • Possess experience with modern project management tools, particularly Monday.com
  • Show familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in client communication platforms
  • Exhibit strong independent work ethic and efficient multi-tasking abilities
