Job description

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage backend administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations

  • Assist with marketing initiatives and campaigns

  • Help maintain and optimize e-commerce platforms, including the company website and Amazon store

  • Support inventory management and coordination with wholesale partners

  • Collaborate closely with the business owner to implement efficiency improvements

  • Contribute to the growth strategy of the company across multiple brands

Requirements:

  • Experience in administrative roles, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment

  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and practices

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team

Scope:

  • Initially part-time (minimum 20 hours per week) with potential to transition to full-time

  • Remote position with direct reporting to the business owner

  • Opportunity to work across multiple brands within the company

  • Contribute to the growth of an established eco-friendly product line

  • Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with 1 houd unpaid lunch break
