We are seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to become an integral part of our dynamic Sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be essential in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction for both existing and prospective clients. Your duties will encompass providing service quotes, identifying new business opportunities, and assisting in the creation of an extensive database of leads and referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team to facilitate superior customer interactions.
  • Prepare and deliver quotes for services to both new and existing customers.
  • Identify and suggest new avenues for business expansion.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of leads and referrals.
  • Assist in pricing strategies and proposal creation.
  • Enhance communication skills continuously with both the internal team and external clients.
  • Improve problem-solving abilities to effectively meet customer needs.
  • Build and maintain a professional network to optimize revenue opportunities.
  • Work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Undertake additional duties as required.

Required Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication capabilities to engage with clients and colleagues professionally.
  • Basic computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and spreadsheet applications.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to foster continuous improvement in communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to effectively address client needs.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in related fields is an advantage.
