This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM PST
  • Includes 1 hour undpaid break
  • Negotiable schedule

Job Description

As a Bilingual Social Media Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in elevating the clinic’s digital presence and patient engagement. You’ll manage Instagram and Facebook accounts, crafting compelling content that showcases Invisalign transformations and Smile Design results. Your creative flair will shine as you develop eye-catching visuals, write engaging captions, and implement automation strategies to boost interaction. This position offers a unique blend of creativity and strategy, allowing you to directly impact the clinic’s growth while working with cutting-edge dental technologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and schedule regular posts on Instagram and Facebook
  • Write engaging captions and optimize posts for maximum engagement
  • Set up and manage ManyChat automation for improved customer interaction
  • Create 30-day content calendars aligned with the clinic’s marketing goals
  • Perform basic graphic design tasks, such as adding logos to before-and-after photos
  • Participate in bi-monthly meetings to discuss content ideas and current trends
  • Monitor social media engagement and provide regular performance reports
  • Assist in community management by responding to comments and messages

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media, particularly with Instagram and Facebook
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and best practices
  • Basic graphic design skills, proficiency with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with ManyChat or similar chatbot platforms is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of social media trends and analytics
