Your Title: Sales Operations Professional

Job Location: Remote, USA

Our Department: Owner & Public Sector

What You Will Do

As a Sales Operations Professional, you will assist the Sales Operations division. Responsibilities will be with the Deal Desk team to process contractual documentation for various transactions in Trimble new Digital Transformation systems and tasks associated with fulfilling orders, mainly in support of the sales, customer success, finance, and legal departments.

Most importantly, you will help manage Trimble's new Salesforce from it's Digital Transformation efforts for the Owner and Public Sector Deal Desk Team.

  • Assist the legal and finance department with collections.

  • Assist the legal, customer success and sales department with issues that arise with O&PS Customers.

  • Assist the SR Deal Desk Director with corporate compliance.

  • Assist with sales operations tasks, supporting the Performance Management team and Deal Acquisition team.

  • Trusted resource for the sales team on Sales processes, configuration and reporting.

  • Maintain and enhance Salesforce reporting automation systems.

  • Assist with contract management and order fulfillment.

  • Understand data models, related objects and Sales order processes and to be able to analyze gaps.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Self-directed, highly motivated individual who can effectively balance and manage multiple projects with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or relevant degree/experience.

  • Experience with revenue related activities, including but not limited to, renewals, sales operations, deal desk, and preparing quotes.

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills and proficiency with Google Workspace, MS Office, and research with the Internet.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workload and to work well under pressure; able to manage and execute effectively on multiple, time-sensitive projects, with a keen sense of urgency.

  • Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to network and build effective relationships across the organization.

What Skills & Experience You Could Bring

  • Experience with Business Intelligence analytics and creating visualizations a plus

  • Familiarity with SalesForce is a plus
