The Role. As an Account Executive at Telgorithm, you will play a critical role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for generating and closing opportunities to grow our customer base. You will be conducting sales calls directly with Senior Leadership at companies of all sizes. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to join a growth start-up and grow within the business. You will be collaborating with marketing, customer success and senior leadership. 

Reporting to: Head of Sales

Compensation: $150,000-$170,000 (OTE)

What You’ll Do:

  • Outreach: Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate new business opportunities (50% inbound marketing leads / 50% self-sourced).
  • Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and potential fit with Telgorithm’s services.
  • Full-Cycle Sales: From lead qualification to close, you will run the entire sales cycle w/ minimal supervision.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer success and sales teams to align strategies and share insights.
  • Follow-Up: Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Market Feedback: Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams regarding customer needs and competitive trends.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of sales experience selling technical solutions (CPaaS, APIs, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Developer Tools, etc)
  • Past experience in a hunter role
  • Technical selling capability and understanding of CPaaS as well as the competitive landscape
  • Experience working remotely is a plus 
  • HubSpot knowledge
  • Are thoughtful, engaging, and energetic 
  • Are adept at influencing and relationship building
