Job Summary 📍

Join Coverflex as we expand our sales team with a unique role for the Spanish market! We're in search of a hybrid "Hunter + Farmer" Account Executive who is not only a master in both prospecting and managing sales but also thrives in a high-activity environment. This is your chance to contribute significantly to our growth, leveraging your sales expertise and exceptional relationship management skills.

We are on the hunt (ha!) for a bilingual professional (native-level Spanish is a must) who is a quick learner, adapts swiftly, and is comfortable stepping out of their comfort zone. Your mission? To drive Coverflex's growth through sales and being the face of Coverflex in the Spanish market.

 

About You

We are looking for an energetic, sharp, and detail-oriented professional, passionate about selling solutions that transform the status quo. You will have a key client-facing role and represent Coverflex on an everyday basis.

Requirements for the role:

  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in HR, Insurtech, or Fintech.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (internally, we communicate exclusively in English);
  • Proven experience in both outbound prospecting and mid-long sales cycles (3-12 months).
  • Skilled in pre-sales, closing, and after-sales with accounts ranging from 50 to 1,000 FTEs.
  • Team player attitude, not just a solo top performer.
  • Exceptional at building lasting relationships and leveraging networks for efficient referrals.
  • Quick to adapt and comfortable in new, challenging environments.
  • Deeply customer-oriented.
  • Solid understanding of the Spanish HR/Finance Tech landscape.

Nice to haves
  • Experience with CRM tools like Hubspot.
  • Data Analysis Skills and industry network in HR/tech.

 

The Role

 

On a typical day, you will...

  • Lead both new and existing client engagements, driving sales and expanding our customer base.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships, understanding client-specific needs to tailor solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product demos, engaging with prospects at various seniority levels.
  • Use sales data and CRM tools to manage your pipeline effectively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, providing vital feedback to internal teams to shape future product developments.
  • Contribute to the team's growth, setting an example and fostering a collaborative environment.

Salary range

For this role we have a total gross package of 35.000€ to 40.000€ (plus variable compensation and other benefits).
