If you are fluent in Slovenian and passionate about delivering excellent customer service, this role is tailor-made for you. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be the voice of our Slovenian-speaking customers, ensuring they have a positive and seamless experience with our brand. You'll be responsible for assisting clients with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing valuable insights about our offerings. Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to Slovenian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with your team to enhance customer satisfaction and share feedback.
  • Stay current on product features, promotions, and industry developments.
  • Participate in training sessions to refine your customer service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and customer-centric approach.
  • Experience with CRM software and other communication tools.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
