Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is excited to announce an opening for a Dutch Speaking Helpdesk Agent to join our dynamic team in Athens, Greece! If you are fluent in Dutch and have a passion for helping customers solve their IT-related issues, this role is an excellent opportunity for you to grow in a beautiful and historic city.

As a Dutch Speaking Helpdesk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, providing them with essential technical support and guidance. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting various IT challenges, ensuring quick and effective resolutions, and delivering a high level of customer service. Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive helpdesk support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries related to hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Deliver clear instructions and support to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient handling of client issues.
  • Stay current with technological advancements and company offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.
  • Engage in ongoing training to continuously improve technical skills and service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in IT support or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • A friendly and approachable attitude with a desire to assist customers.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and immerse yourself in a new cultural experience.
