Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality technical support to German-speaking customers using our software solutions.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software-related issues through phone, email, and chat.
Guide customers in utilizing our software effectively to maximize productivity.
Document all support interactions and resolutions for ongoing improvement and learning.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Engage in training sessions to continually enhance your technical knowledge and expertise.

Requirements

Fluent in German (both verbal and written) with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Prior experience in technical support or software-related roles is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Proactive attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction and success.
Willingness to relocate to Greece, with all relocation expenses generously covered by the company.
