Job description

As a key member of our helpdesk team, you will assist German-speaking customers with their IT-related questions and technical issues. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions and support.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver top-notch helpdesk support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues, including software, hardware, and network problems.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our support management system.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive resolution of enquiries and improve support processes.
  • Provide clients with guidance on product usage and best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills and keep up to date with product developments.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in IT helpdesk support or related technical roles is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and commonly used software applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote working environment and manage time effectively.
  • Valid work authorization for Greece.
  • Valid European Passport or ID.
