Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support in Norwegian for IT-related inquiries
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Educate customers about product features and functionalities
• Document customer interactions accurately in the support system
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Contribute to improving service quality and customer satisfaction metrics

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in customer support, ideally in the IT industry
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Familiarity with technical concepts and IT products is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
