Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to announce an opening for a German Speaking Client Support Specialist, available to work remotely from Greece! Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Effectively assess and address client inquiries, providing timely resolutions.
  • Utilize the support system to document all client interactions and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service and efficient communication.
  • Remain informed about our products and services to assist clients knowledgeably.
  • Engage clients proactively to identify their needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service or client support, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a client-centric approach.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable using customer support software and technologies.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Residing in Greece or able to work within Greek time zones.
