Your role and responsibilities
Your tasks will focus on the following activities:
- Customer support: You are the main internal and external contact for all product-related topics. You support our customers in writing, by phone and in team meetings in solving technical questions regarding product application.
- Technical inquiries and feasibility studies: You process drawing requests and check their feasibility with our suppliers.
- Complaints management: Your goal is to increase customer satisfaction by handling and reducing product complaints.
- Market and competition analysis: You observe and analyze market trends and conduct competitive analyses.
- Process improvement: Continuous improvement is a matter of course for you. Together with other departments, such as Customer Service, Sales and Business Development, you work on process improvements and ensure their implementation.
- Reporting and project management: You will regularly report the progress of your projects and tasks to the Technical Services team leader.
