Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main contact for Finnish-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Deliver accurate information regarding the company’s products and services and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through friendly and professional support.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer experience.
  • Stay informed on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure compliance and excellent service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
  • Prior experience in customer support is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with customer service software and systems is preferred
  • Reliable internet connection and a proper home office setup
