What is the role?

They are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to collaborating with clients and successfully closing placements.

You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the construction sector while advancing your career in recruitment. The desk itself is already part-established, so it's what they'd describe as a warm start, and the successful applicant will be expected to add to the client numbers upon joining.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the construction industry.
  • Advertise job vacancies on multiple platforms to attract top talent.
  • Conduct thorough searches, interviews, and assessments to ensure the best fit for each role.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including negotiations and follow-ups to ensure a smooth experience for all parties.
  • Stay informed about market trends and developments in the construction sector to offer valuable insights to clients and candidates.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in recruitment, preferably within the Construction Sector
  • Proven track record of billings within the industry
  • Strong understanding of construction fundamentals, market dynamics, and key players.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work hybrid whilst maintaining high standards of performance.
